Thank you for shopping with Nexavell. We aim to keep our shipping process clear and reliable so your order arrives as smoothly as possible. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United Kingdom.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Cut Off Time
Our daily cut off time is 4:00 PM GMT (London time). Orders placed before this time may be processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut off will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Method and Transit Time
We use standard UK shipping, with an estimated transit time of 5 to 7 business days, Monday to Friday.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Combining processing (1 to 2 business days) and transit (5 to 7 business days), you can expect delivery in around 6 to 9 business days. Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or busy shipping periods.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Delivery Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your details are accurate and complete. Nexavell isn't responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@nexavell.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information is usually available within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order seems delayed or lost in transit, contact us at support@nexavell.com and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
